Przedmiotem zamówienia jest PEŁNA OPIEKA SERWISOWA ANGIOGRAFU AZURION 7 M12, SYSTEMU PHILIPS HEMO, OPROGRAMOWANIA INTRA SIGHT ORAZ SYNC VISION, STRZYKAWKI AUTOMATYCZNEJ, UPS MASTERYS 4 NA OKRES 36 MIESIĘCY. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia, w tym wykaz aparatury medycznej objętej przedmiotem zamówienia, przedstawia Załącznik Nr 3 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Pozostałe wymogi dotyczące wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy, stanowiące Załącznik Nr 9 do SWZ. 3. W sytuacji, jeśli Zamawiający wskazuje w dokumentacji postępowania znaki towarowe, patenty lub pochodzenie, źródło lub szczególny proces, który charakteryzuje produkty lub usługi dostarczane przez konkretnego Wykonawcę to Zamawiający dopuszcza zastosowanie rozwiązań równoważnych: 1) Użyte określenia wskazujące znaki towarowe, nazwy własne, patent lub pochodzenie przedmiotu zamówienia należy odczytywać wraz z wyrazami „lub równoważne”. Zamawiający dopuszcza zastosowanie przez Wykonawcę rozwiązań równoważnych rozwiązaniom wskazanym w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia – Załącznik Nr 3 do SWZ, 2) opisując przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym, a odniesieniu takiemu towarzyszą wyrazy „lub równoważne”. 4.
