1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie kompleksowej usługi sprzątania i dezynfekcji w obiektach należących do Wojewódzkiego Szpitala Specjalistycznego w Legnicy, w tym: 1) świadczenie kompleksowej usługi sprzątania i dezynfekcji, 2) współpracę z personelem medycznym Szpitala w zakresie opieki nad pacjentami, 3) świadczenie usług transportu wewnętrznego na terenie obiektów i pomiędzy obiektami należącymi do Szpitala w Legnicy przy ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5, 4) świadczenie usługi utrzymania czystości na terenach zewnętrznych należących do Szpitala wraz z pielęgnacją i rekultywacją obszarów zieleni, odśnieżaniem i utrzymaniem warunków bezpiecznego korzystania w okresie zimowym, 5) prowadzenie depozytu odzieży i rzeczy pacjentów Szpitala i osób odwiedzających. 2. Zakres przedmiotu umowy nie obejmuje niżej wymienionych pomieszczeń Szpitala: 1) administracyjno-biurowych zlokalizowanych na poziomie 0 (wysoki parter) w budynku 1D, 2) Apteki szpitalnej zlokalizowanej na poziomie -1 (niski parter) w budynku 1B, 3) pomieszczeń kuchni szpitalnej, 4) użytkowanych przez podmioty zewnętrzne na podstawie zawartych umów najmu. 3. Usługa świadczona będzie w obiektach Zamawiającego zlokalizowanych przy ul. Iwaszkiewicza 5 w Legnicy (59-220 Legnica).[E15]
