京都市への進出を検討する企業を支援！シェアオフィス等の利用料や交通費を最大50万円補助します。 目的: 新たな事業を行いたい / 販路拡大・海外展開をしたい / 研究開発・実証事業を行いたい / 雇用・職場環境を改善したい 対象: 従業員数の制約なし 補助率: シェアオフィス等の利用料の1/2 + 交通費の1/2 ※J グランツで本補助金の申請受付を行っておりません。申請手続き等の詳細については、以下 HP をご確認ください。 https://www.city.kyoto.lg.jp/sankan/page/[phone removed].html ■目的・概要 京都市における企業の立地を促進し、産業基盤の強化とともに雇用の場を確保し、産業の振興及び労働者の雇用の安定に寄与することを目的として、市外から市内に初めて進出を検討する企業が、試行的に市内のシェアオフィスやコワーキングスペース等を利用する場合に、利用料及び交通費に対して補助金を交付します。 ■応募資格 《補助対象者》 補助金の交付を受けることができる方は、既に市外に事業所を設置しており、かつ、過去2年の間、市内に事業所を設置していない企業で、市内での事業所の設置を検討している方とします。 ただし、次の各号に掲げる方は対象としません。 京都市暴力団排除条例第2条第4号に規定する暴力団員等又は同条第5号に規定する暴力団密接関係者 風俗営業等の規制及び業務の適正化等に関する法律に規定する性風俗関連特殊営業及びそれらに類似する業種を営む者 営業に関して必要な認可等を取得していない者 市町村税を滞納している者 本市が補助金を交付するに当たり、社会的な信頼性及び公平性を損なうおそれがある者 過去に本補助金の交付を受けた者 《補助対象事業》 次の各号の要件をすべて満たす事業とし、補助対象期間は3箇月間（海外企業においては6箇月間）を上限とします。 市内のシェアオフィス等を7日以上利用すること。 補助対象期間内に市の取材やアンケート等に応じること。 ■補助額 《補助率》 シェアオフィス等の利用料：シェアオフィス等の利用料として支払う経費（通常定額の利用料に含まれないもの及び消費税等を除く）に100分の50を乗じた額 交通費：通常勤務する事業所等の所在地とシェアオフィス等との往復の交通費として支払う経費に100分の50を乗じた額 《補助上限額》 利用日数及び利用人数に応じて限度額を設定しています。 シェアオフィス等の利用料：最大25万円（海外企業は最大50万円） 交通費：最大25万円（海外企業は最大50万円） ■申請方法 シェアオフィス等の利用を開始する日の7日前までに、京都市企業立地促進制度補助金補助対象事業指定申請書（第1号様式）を提出してください。 ■問合せ先 京都市 産業観光局 企業誘致推進室 電話：[phone removed] FAX：[phone removed] メールアドレス：[email removed] ■参照URL 京都市HP（ 京都市企業立地促進制度補助金［お試し立地支援制度］） https://www.city.kyoto.lg.jp/sankan/page/[phone removed].html[E4]
