Biztosítási keretszerződés „Casco biztosítási szerződés a KEF részére” tárgyban. Az ajánlatkérő (továbbiakban: AK) által az eljárás indításának napján vagyonkezelt, üzemben tartott vagy birtokba vett, az adott napon összesen 2 177 db + 50%-os hivatali jármű (személygépkocsi, autóbusz, tehergépkocsi, pótkocsi, félpótkocsi, segédmotoros-kerékpár) vonatkozásában jármű flotta CASCO szolgáltatás nyújtása, összesen nettó 1.910.000.000,- Ft keretösszeg erejéig a Közbeszerzési Dokumentumokban (továbbiakban: KD) meghatározottak szerint. A 2 177 db gépjárművön belül 1 944 db a személygépjárművek száma. A KD-ban megadott mennyiségi adatok tájékoztató jellegű információnak minősülnek, mely az értékelési szempont okán került meghatározásra. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeg 75%-ára lehívási kötelezettséget vállal. Szerződés hatálya: A szerződés hatályba lépésének időpontja (kockázatviselés kezdete): a Szerződőre/Biztosítottra vonatkozó előzményi INK/44/19/2024. iktatószámú szerződés megszűnését követő hónap első nap 00.00 óra, de legkorábban 2027. január 1-jétől 2028. december 31-éig, mely 1 alkalommal további 12 hónappal meghosszabbítható. A hosszabbítás kezdeményezése: a 2028. december 31-i lejárat előtt legkésőbb 5 (öt) hónappal, a Szerződő/Biztosított által a Biztosítóhoz érkezett ez irányú, írásos nyilatkozatával történik, amelyre legkésőbb a kézhezvételt követő 15 (tizenöt) napon belül a Biztosító nemleges válasszal is élhet. Ezen utóbbi esetben a szerződés az eredeti futamidő végére megszűnik.[E7]
