Предметът на поръчката е „Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за Оценка на съответствието на инвестиционен проект по 3 (три) обособени позиции: ОБОСОБЕНА ПОЗИЦИЯ № 1: „Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за оценка съответствието на инв. проект "Пречиствателна станция за отпадъчни води, гр. Лом, Община Лом"”. ОБОСОБЕНА ПОЗИЦИЯ № 2: „ИЗГОТВЯНЕ НА КОМПЛЕКСЕН ДОКЛАД ЗА ОСИП ЗА ОБЕКТ „РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ НА УЛИЧНА МРЕЖА В ГРАД ЛОМ, ОБЩИНА ЛОМ“. ОБОСОБЕНА ПОЗИЦИЯ № 3: „Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за ОСИП за обект „Реконструкция на общински път MON3137 /III-114/-Сталийска махала-Орсоя-/II-11/, община Лом от 0+000 до км 9+000”” Предмета на обществената поръчка включва Изготвяне на комплексен доклад за оценката на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти се извършва като комплексен доклад за съществените изисквания към строежите по чл.169, ал.1, т.1-6 от ЗУТ, при спазване на изискванията на чл.142, ал.5, ал.10 и ал.11 от ЗУТ.
