About the requirement

From the notice

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je změna dispozičního řešení částí 1.N.P. – 7.N.P. budov B1, B2, a s tím spojené provedení nových rozvodů elektro, slaboproudých rozvodů, rozvodů ZTI, VZT, medicinálních plynů, opravu konstrukce krovu a střechy. Stavební záměr spočívá v úpravě vnitřních dispozic pro vybudování nových provozů (Urgentní příjem, Oční oddělení, Ortopedie, Gynekologicko-porodnické oddělení). Dále budou v rámci záměru realizovány nové lékařské pokoje. Zásahy do nosného systému jsou minimální. Stávající obálka budovy se nemění, proběhnou pouze nezbytné lokální opravy, částečné výměny okenních otvorů a zateplení dotčených částí střech s výměnou krytiny a rekonstrukcí krovů. Nové vnitřní členění je navrženo primárně pomocí lehkých sádrokartonových konstrukcí, které splňují vysoké nároky na akustiku a požární bezpečnost zdravotnických staveb. Vnitřní povrchy (podlahy, stěny, podhledy) jsou navrženy s důrazem na hygienu, snadnou čistitelnost a odolnost, typickou pro čisté provozy a nemocniční standard (keramický obklad v místnostech nejnáročnějších na omyvatelnost povrchu, omyvatelné nátěry a epoxidové stěrky). Vytápění, větrání a chlazení Vytápění je napojeno na stávající centrální zdroj areálu. Větrání hlavních provozů je řešeno jako nucené rovnotlaké s rekuperací tepla, přičemž pro operační a zákrokové sály je doplněno o HEPA filtraci a přesnou tlakovou kaskádu. Chlazení pobytových místností je lokální (systémy VRV a SPLIT). Silnoproud a slaboproud Instalace budou provedeny kompletně nově.
