Predmetom diela je riešenie inštalácie jedného nového trojťahového plamencového žiarorúrového parného kotla s príslušenstvom, výkonu cca 4000 kg/hod (presná hodnota výkonu bude stanovená pri vypracovaní DRS, s ohľadom na optimalizáciu prevádzkových parametrov počas letnej aj zimnej prevádzky), s integrovaným antikorovým ekonomizérom v priestore súčasnej plynovej parnej kotolne NsP Žilina. Uvedený nový kotol sa osadí v kotolni, namiesto demontovaného kotla ČKD 6 t/hod.[E20]
