1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Sprzedaż i dostawa systemu do transkryptomiki przestrzennej o rozdzielczości subkomórkowej - platforma do zaawansowanych analiz transkryptomu typu single cell oraz spatial in situ" dla Wydziału Biotechnologii Zamawiający nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Powody niedokonania podziału zamówienia na części: Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi funkcjonalną całość, podział zamówienia na części groziłby nadmiernymi trudnościami technicznymi oraz nadmiernymi kosztami wykonania zamówienia, ponadto brak podziału jest uzasadniony względami organizacyjnymi, ewentualny podział zamówienia mógłby poważnie zagrozić właściwemu wykonaniu zamówienia a potrzeba skoordynowania działań różnych wykonawców realizujących poszczególne części zamówienia mogłaby zagrozić prawidłowej i terminowej realizacji zamówienia. Ponadto niedokonanie podziału na części nie narusza konkurencji poprzez ograniczenie możliwości ubiegania się o nie. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie tzw. procedury odwróconej, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy PZP. 4. Zgodnie z art. 257 p.z.p. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki publiczne, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. 5.
