Predmetom zákazky je dodávanie zemného plynu spolu s distribučnými a prepravnými službami spojenými s nákupom a dodávkou zemného plynu pre odberné miesta mesta Vranov nad Topľou, ako aj odberné miesta v zriaďovacej pôsobnosti v čase od 01.03.2027 00:00:00 hod. do 31.12.2027 24:00:00 hod. vrátane prenesenia zodpovednosti za odchýlku na dodávateľa, v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, za dodržania platných právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete do odberných miest verejného obstarávateľa. Dodávka plynu spolu s distribučnými a prepravnými službami musí byť zabezpečená v zmysle zákona č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov a v zmysle zákona č. 250/2012 Z. z. o regulácii v sieťových odvetviach v znení neskorších predpisov. Podrobné vymedzenie predmetu zákazky je uvedené v súťažných podkladoch a ich prílohách.[E7]
