[Portal de Compras Públicas] - Contratação de Pessoa Jurídica especializada para, sob demanda, prestar serviços continuados de implantação, intermediação e gerenciamento informatizado e integrado de controle, gestão e aquisição de combustíveis (Gasolina, Etanol, Diesel, Biodiesel, Arla 32, etc ) bem como para o gerenciamento da manutenção preditiva, preventiva, corretiva e de garantia de fábrica da frota veicular, por meio de sistema informatizado e rede de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços credenciados com fornecimento de material incluindo peças de reposição, acessórios, lubrificantes, Lavagem, utilização de guincho, demais insumos e serviços necessarios para uso da frota de veículos, máquinas pesadas e equipamentos/implementos que compõem a frota da Prefeitura Municipal de Eldorado do Sul, o sistema deverá contemplar plataforma web para cadastro de veículos e usuários, gestão de ordens de serviço, orçamentos, cotações e emissão de relatórios gerenciais, gráficos e dashboards, com integração aos sistemas da Contratante, garantindo rastreabilidade e controle das operações, devendo ainda disponibilizar aplicativo mobile nas plataformas Android e iOS para utilização por gestores, condutores e estabelecimentos credenciados, observando as características e especificações neste edital, bem como, em conformidade com as especificações técnicas e demais elementos constantes deste Termo e dos demais Anexos deste Edital.[E4]
