Soft SDK OCR/ALPR de citire automata a placutelor de inmatriculare Specificațiile tehnice care indică o anumită origine, sursă, producție, un procedeu special, o marcă de fabrică sau de comerț, un brevet de invenție, o licență de fabricație, sunt menționate doar pentru identificarea cu ușurință a tipului de produs și NU au ca efect favorizarea sau eliminarea anumitor operatori economici sau a anumitor echipamente. Aceste specificații vor fi întotdeauna considerate ca având mențiunea «sau echivalent». Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 ( 18 zile) în a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, astfel incat sa se respecte prevederile art. 160-161 din Legea 98/2016[E7]
