Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa oraz wdrożenie Systemu do Elektronicznego Obiegu Dokumentów, której wyszczególnienie ilościowe i asortymentowe określono w formularzu ofertowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (dalej w treści: SWZ). Szczegółowe parametry przedmiotu zamówienia określono w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (dalej w treści: OPZ) stanowiącym załącznik nr 7 do SWZ. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest m. in. udzielić licencji na oprogramowanie, będące systemem do Elektronicznego Obiegu Dokumentów, wdrożyć i zintegrować System oraz przeprowadzić szkolenia personelu.[E9]
