About the requirement

Целта на обществената поръчка е осигуряване на офис мебели, обзавеждане и столове за нуждите на Община Сливен. Техническите характеристики и необходимите количества на артикулите са подробно описани в приложената техническа спецификация. Доставките са разделени според своя характер на две обособени позиции, включващи както следва: Обособена позиция № 1 „Доставка и монтаж офис мебели и обзавеждане“ Обособена позиция № 2 „Доставка на офис столове“ Възложителят ще възложи Обособена позиция 2 „Доставка на офис столове“ по реда, валиден за индивидуалната им прогнозна стойност - 9 900,00 евро без ДДС, за обособена позиция № 2, на основание чл. 21, ал. 6 от Закона за обществените поръчки. Прогнозната индивидуална стойност за обособените позиции № 2 попада в обхвата на чл. 20, ал. 4, т. 3 от ЗОП. Мотиви: Изпълнено е условието на чл. 21, ал. 6 от ЗОП - стойността на обособена позиция № 2 – 9 900,00 евро без ДДС не надхвърля 79 998,77 евро. Общата прогнозна стойност на обособената позиция 2 – 9 900,00 евро без ДДС представлява 18,00 % от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката, т. е. не надхвърля 20 на сто от общата прогнозна стойност на поръчката. Участниците могат да подават оферта само за обособена позиция № 1 „Доставка и монтаж на мебели“.[E10]
