CONTRATAÇÃO DA EMPRESA PARA LOCAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE TRATOR DE PNEU TRAÇADO A SEREM PRESTADOS PARA A SECRETARIA DE AGRICULTURA E MEIO AMBIENTE, PROMOVENDO O FORTALECIMENTO DA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR E COM A CONTRATAÇÃO PRETENDE-SE MELHORAR AS CONDIÇÕES DOS SERVIÇOS NAS PROPRIEDADES RURAIS. A contratação de uma empresa para locação de serviço de trator de pneu traçado surge como uma necessidade essencial diante da ausência de recursos internos para fazer o mesmo diante da logística da área rural de Apiúna. A Secretaria de Agricultura e Meio Ambiente hoje não possui estrutura e condições de realizar em âmbito global o serviço, por isso se faz necessário a contratação. Essa abordagem não apenas reduzirá riscos operacionais, mas também possibilitará a incorporação de inovações e tendências atuais do setor do agrícola. Portanto, a contratação se apresenta como a escolha mais estratégica para garantir o sucesso e a excelência desse serviço mostrando necessária em razão da falta de equipamento próprio e suficiente para atender e garantir a todos os serviços solicitados e a alta demanda.[E4]
