Kodinkoneiden ja viihde-elektroniikan hankinta[E15]

Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue sekä Vantaan kaupunki järjestävät tarjouskilpailun kodinkoneiden ja viihde-elektroniikan hankinnasta tämän tarjouspyynnön sekä sen liitteiden mukaisesti (VAKEDno-2026-2577 ja 3069/02.08.00.00/2026). Toimitukset kohdistuvat pääsääntöisesti Vantaalle ja Keravalle sekä Keski-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitoksen alueelle. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteellä Palvelukuvaus. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin. Hankinnassa valitaan yksi (1) Toimittaja. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin. Hankintayksiköt ovat arvioineet hankinnan jakamista osiin hankinnan valmistelun yhteydessä tehdyn markkinavuoropuhelun perusteella. Selvityksen perusteella hankinnan kohde muodostaa käyttötarkoituksensa, toimeksiantojen yhteensovittamisen sekä vastuunjaon näkökulmasta yhden toiminnallisen kokonaisuuden. Hankinnan toteuttaminen yhtenä kokonaisuutena mahdollistaa palvelutuotannon ja sopimusvastuiden selkeän hallinnan yhden kokonaisvastuullisen sopimuskumppanin kautta. Tämän vuoksi hankinnan toteuttaminen yhtenä kokonaisuutena on hankinnan luonne ja hankintayksikön tarpeet huomioon ottaen perusteltua. Sopimus on määräaikainen ja sen kesto on kaksi (2) vuotta alkaen sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta. Määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen tämä sopimus jatkuu automaattisesti toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, mikäli sopimusta ei irtisanota erikseen kirjallisesti toisen osapuolen toimesta sopimusehtojen mukaisesti. Tavoitteena, on että sopimuskausi alkaa joulukuussa 2026. Kilpailutuksen perusteella tehdään Vantaan kaupungille sekä Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialueelle omat sopimukset sopimus…[E7]
