About the requirement

From the notice

Поставка Товару здійснюється Постачальником партіями на вимогу Покупця, не пізніше 3 (трьох) робочих днів з дати отримання замовлення за рахунок Постачальника на адресу Покупця, а саме: 38761, Україна, Полтавський р-н, Полтавська обл., село Копили, вулиця Лісова, будинок 1А. Замовлення Покупця оформлюється у письмовій формі і повинно містити відомості про найменування, асортимент, кількість Товару, дату замовлення, підпис особи, уповноваженої направляти замовлення від імені Покупця. Місце поставки: 36018, Україна, Полтавський р-н, м. Полтава, вул. Гулака-Артемовського, 22. 5.1. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар (партію Товару) здійснюються Покупцем на підставі рахунку, наданого Постачальником, протягом 15 робочих днів від дня підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної. Форма розрахунків за Договором - безготівкова у національній валюті України – гривні. Оплата здійснюється за умови наявності у видаткових накладних / актах приймання-передачі товару посилання на номер і дату укладення Договору, кількість, вартість поставленого Товару.[E5]
