Grad Kastav uređuje trajni postav Šarene kule Vincenta i Ivana iz Kastva, u novoobnovljenom prostoru južne kule gradskih zidina u Kastvu. Realizacija investicije predviđena je u kontekstu šireg projekta "Terra Gothica Incognita", sufinanciranog EU sredstvima kroz program INTERREG Slovenija-Hrvatska 2021-2027, čiji je cilj revitalizirati, prezentirati i povezati niz lokaliteta vezanih uz jedinstveno naslijeđe Kastavske slikarske škole. Freskoslikarska ostvarenja Kastavske slikarske škole i njenih predstavnika Vincenta i Ivana smatraju se vrhunskim dostignućima hrvatske gotičke umjetnosti, pri čemu je najpoznatiji Ples mrtvaca u istarskom Bermu, dok njihove radove nalazimo na područje cijele zapadne Hrvatske i Slovenije. Cilj uređenja trajnog postava Šarene kule Vincenta i Ivana iz Kastva je definirati prijeko potrebnu centralnu informativnu i edukativnu točku, kroz koju bi se sagledavalo čitavo naslijeđe Kastavske slikarske škole, u kontekstu hrvatske svakodnevice u 14. i 15. stoljeću.[E10]
