Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa agregatów prądotwórczych w ramach realizacji Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025-2026.Zamówienie podzielone jest na 2 pakiety (części). Pakiet 1 Agregat prądotwórczy 20 kVA – 2szt. Pakiet 2 Agregat prądotwórczy 100 kVA – 1 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki realizacji dostaw określają: - Formularz cenowy – Załącznik nr 1.1 do SWZ dla poszczególnych części (pakietów), - Specyfikacja techniczna – Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia –Załącznik nr 1.2 do SWZ dla poszczególnych części (pakietów) - Projektowane postanowienia umowy – Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 1. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp. 2. Pełnomocnik Zamawiającego nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert na dowolnie wybrane pozycje w danej części (pakiecie). W poszczególnych częściach musi być wyceniony pełen asortyment w ilościach podanych przez Zamawiającego. Wzory załączników nr 1.1 („Formularz cenowy”) i nr 1.2 („Specyfikacja techniczna – Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia”) należy wypełnić w całości, bez wprowadzania zmian w ich treści – stanowią one integralną część oferty – deklarację Wykonawcy, co do jej treści, stąd brak tych załączników, zawierających treść zgodną z wzorem określonym w SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty (po uprzednim wykonaniu przez Pełnomocnika Zamawiającego wszys…[E6]
