Predmet javnega naročila je »Zavarovanje premoženja družbe Elektro Ljubljana d.d. za obdobje 2027 – 2029 in kibernetsko zavarovanje za 1 - letno obdobje«, ki ga sestavlja 6 razpisnih sklopov: sklop št. 1: Kombinirano premoženjsko zavarovanje operativnega premoženja brez omrežja in kombinirano premoženjsko zavarovanje omrežja, sklop št. 2:Kombinirano premoženjsko zavarovanje naložbenih nepremičnin (stanovanja, počitniški objekti, ipd.), sklop št. 3: Paketno zavarovanje odgovornosti in zavarovanje poklicne odgovornosti iz arhitekturne in inženirske dejavnosti, sklop št. 4: Avtomobilsko zavarovanje, sklop št. 5: Zavarovanje brezpilotnih zrakoplovov (dronov) in sklop št. 6: Kibernetsko zavarovanje, skladno z zahtevami in pogoji, določenimi v dokumentaciji v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila, Zavarovalno-tehnični dokumentaciji družbe Elektro Ljubljana d.d. ter ostali pripadajoči dokumentaciji. Naročnik bo izvedel postopek v dveh fazah: 1. faza: naročnik na podlagi predloženih prijav ugotavlja usposobljenost kandidatov, 2. faza: naročnik povabi ponudnike, ki jim je priznal usposobljenost, k oddaji ponudbe. Potek dvofaznega postopka: 1. faza postopka predložitev in odpiranje prijav, pregled prijav s strani strokovne komisije naročnika (ugotavljanje sposobnosti), odločitev o usposobljenosti kandidatov in uvrstitvi v drugo fazo postopka. V primeru, da bo naročnik prejel samo 1 prijavo, bo odločitev o usposobljenosti kandidata na Portalu javnih naročil objavil skupaj z odločitvijo o oddaji naročila. 2. faza postopka: poziv na predložitev prvih ponudb, javno odpiranje ponudb, pregled in…[E7]
