Rajatarkastussovelluksen (Ratas) ylläpidon hankinta[E13]

Rajavartiolaitos (myöhemmin myös Hankintayksikkö) kilpailuttaa Ratas-järjestelmän ylläpito- ja kehittämispalvelut. Ratas-järjestelmä on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä 1 "ylläpidettävän kohteen kuvaus". Ratas on käytössä oleva tietojärjestelmäkokonaisuus, jonka toiminnan jatkuvuus, käytettävyys, tietoturvallisuus ja hallittu kehittäminen ovat keskeisiä hankintayksikön toiminnan kannalta. Järjestelmää on kehitetty vaiheittain nykyisen toimintamallin mukaisesti. Tulevan kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on muodostaa pitkäjänteinen palvelumalli, jolla varmistetaan järjestelmän laadukas ylläpito sekä mahdollistetaan tarpeelliset muutokset ja jatkokehitys hallitusti. Hankinnan ensisijaisena tavoitteena on varmistaa: • järjestelmän jatkuva käytettävyys ja toimintavarmuus • tehokas häiriönhallinta ja ongelmanratkaisu • järjestelmän teknisen ympäristön ylläpito • tietoturvallinen ja hallittu muutosten toteuttaminen • tarvittavan dokumentaation ja osaamisen säilyminen • tilaajan tukeminen järjestelmän elinkaaren hallinnassa. Palvelu sisältää alustavasti seuraavia kokonaisuuksia: Ylläpitopalvelut • järjestelmän jatkuva ylläpito • häiriöiden vastaanotto, analysointi ja ratkaisu • palvelupyyntöjen käsittely • ongelmanhallinta • versio- ja muutostenhallinta • käyttöympäristön tekninen ylläpito • yhteistyö infrastruktuuri- ja muiden toimittajien kanssa. Sovellustuki ja tekninen hallinta • sovelluksen teknisen toiminnan varmistaminen • sovelluskomponenttien hallinta • tekninen selvitys- ja asiantuntijatuki • suorituskyvyn ja kapasiteetin seuranta • tietoturvallisuuden ylläpito.
