Předmětem veřejné zakázky je novostavba D11 SSÚD Střítež. Předmětem činnosti SSÚD je údržba dálnice a jejich součástí (svodidla, PHS, vodorovné i svislé dopravní značení atd.) v úseku cca 50 km v jednom směru. SSÚD zajišťuje sjízdnost komunikace po celý rok, zabezpečuje čištění a údržbu vozovky, dopravních ploch a odvodnění vozovky včetně údržby vegetace přilehlých pomocných silničních pozemků. Areál je umístěn v těsné blízkosti plánované komunikace s přímým napojením na dálnici pomocí kruhové křižovatky přivaděče MÚK Střítež.[E7]
