【徳島県】外国出願補助金 目的: 販路拡大・海外展開をしたい 対象: 300名以下 補助率: １／２以内 ■目的・概要 中小企業者等の戦略的な外国出願を促進するため、外国への事業展開等を計画している中小企業者等に対して外国出願にかかる費用の一部を助成します。 ■補助率 助成対象経費の１／２以内 ■上限額 ①１企業に対する１会計年度内の間接補助金の総額 ３００万円（複数案件の場合） ②１出願に対する１会計年度内の間接補助金の総額 特許 150万円 実用新案・意匠・商標 それぞれ６０万円 抜け駆け対策商標 ３０万円 ※補助金額は、審査結果等により申請額を減額して交付決定することがあります。 ■助成対象費用 申請時点において、既に日本国特許庁に行っている出願であって、外国特許庁等へ提出する同一内容の出願に係る経費。 ・外国特許庁への出願手数料：外国特許庁への出願に要する経費 ・現地代理人費用：外国特許庁に出願するための現地代理人に要する経費 ・国内代理人費用：外国特許庁に出願するための国内代理人に要する経費 ・翻訳費用：外国特許庁に出願するための翻訳に要する経費 ・その他機構が必要と認める費用 ※交付決定前に外国出願した案件及び交付決定前に発生した費用については、補助対象経費とはなりません。 ※日本国内における消費税及び地方消費税は、補助対象経費となりません。 ■補助対象企業・応募資格 徳島県内に事業所を有する中小企業者等（それらで構成されるグループを含む）であって、知的財産を活用して海外での事業展開を計画しているもの。 また、交付申請時に以下の要件を満たすこと。 ・中小企業者又は中小企業者で構成されるグループ（構成員のうち中小企業者が２/３以上占めるもの）。ただし、みなし大企業（※）を除く。 （※）みなし大企業とは、以下（ア）～（オ）に該当する企業をいう。 （ア）発行済株式の総数又は出資価格の総額の２分の１以上を同一の大企業が所有している中小企業者等 （イ）発行済株式の総数又は出資価格の総額の３分の２以上を複数の大企業が所有している中小企業者等 （ウ）大企業の役員又は職員を兼ねている者が、役員総数の２分の１以上を占めている中小企業者等 （エ）資本金又は出資の総額が５億円以上の法人に直接又は間接に１００％の株式を保有される中小企業者等 （オ）間接補助金申請時において、確定している（申告済みの）直近過去３年分の各年又は各事業年度の課税所得の年平均額が１５億円を超える中小企業者等 ・地域団体商標の外国出願については商工会議所、商工会、NPO法人等が対象。 ・以下（１）～（５）を満たすこと。 （１）応募時に既に日本国特許庁に対して特許、実用新案、意匠又は商標出願済みであり、採択後にその出願を基礎に優先権主張をして外国出願を年度内に行う予定であること。 ※商標出願については優先権がない外国出願も可とします。 ※日本の特許出願を優先権主張の基礎にしないPCT出願（ダイレクトPCT出願を含む。）については、日本への国内移行予定のものに限ります。 ※優先権がないハーグ出願については、出願時に日本国を指定締約国に含むものに限ります。 （２）先行技術調査等の結果からみて、外国での権利取得の可能性が明らかに否定されないこと。 （３）外国で権利が成立した場合等において「当該権利を活用した事業展開を計画している」又は「商標出願に関し、外国における抜け駆け商標出願対策の意思を有している」こと。 （４）外国出願に必要な資金能力及び資金計画を有していること。 （５）経済産業省におけるＥＢＰＭ※に関する取組に協力すること。 申請時・事業実施期間中・事業報告提出時等に提供いただいた情報（…[E4]
