Entrepriseudbuddet omfatter to delkontrakter: LOT-0001: Entreprise 33210.201. Denne delkontrakt vedrører ombygning af TSA-anlæg 73 ved Korskro. Arbejdet omfatter etablering af to stitunneler og en stibro samt ombygning af det eksisterende tilslutningsanlæg, herunder tilpasning af ramper. LOT-0002: Entreprise 33210.202. Denne delkontrakt omfatter udbygning af Rute 11 til en 2+1 vej. Projektet inkluderer afskærende kommuneveje, etablering af nye adgangsveje samt anlæg af en kombination cykelsti og 2-1 vej på den nordøstlige side af Rute 11. Det bemærkes, at det minimumskrav til egnethed, der vedrøre nettoomsætning for seneste regnskabsår akkumuleres ved tilbudsafgivelse på begge delkontrakter. Nettoomsætningen for seneste regnskabsår skal være mindst 150 mio. DKK for at samme tilbudsgiver kan tildeles begge delkontrakter. Konstateres det, at en tilbudsgiver har afgivet tilbud på begge delkontrakter, men kun kan opfylde minimumskravet vedrørende nettoomsætning for én delkontrakt vil der når det økonomisk mest fordelagtige tilbud på grundlag tildelingskriteriet pris skal identificeres ses på den økonomisk mest fordelagtige kombination af vindende tilbudsgivere på tværs af de to udbudte delkontrakter.[E8]
