Kötszerek és steril műtéti szettek beszerzése 11 részben az Országos Onkológiai Intézet részére 1. rész: Klórhexidinnel impregnált tüll-kötszer 2. rész: Általános sebészeti műtéti szettek I 3. rész: Általános sebészeti műtéti szettek II 4. rész: Általános sebészeti műtéti szettek III 5. rész: Általános sebészeti műtéti szettek VI 6. rész: Fej-Nyak sebészet II műtéti szettek 7. rész: Fej-Nyak sebészeti III műtéti szettek 8. rész: Jodoformos mullpólya 10. rész: kanülrögzítő filmkötsze 11. rész: Vákumterápiás kötszer és készülék szállítása. A táblázatban meghatározott mennyiségek a 12+12 hónapos időtartamra vonatkozó mennyisége tartalmazza. Ajánlatkérő a szerződés időtartama alatt a teljes mennyiség legalább 70%-ának megrendelésére vállal kötelezettséget. A részletes műszaki követelményeket az ajánlati dokumentáció tartalmazza. Ajánlat csak a teljes mennyiségre tehető. Azon termékek vonatkozásában, ahol ajánlatkérő konkrét gyártmányra/típusra hivatkozik, ott a 321/2015.(X.30.) Korm. rendelet 46. § (3) bekezdése alapján azzal egyenértékű termék megajánlása is elfogadott. Ebben az esetben az egyenértékűség bizonyítása ajánlattevő kötelezettsége. Kizárólag új, előzőleg nem használt termék ajánlható meg. A részletes műszaki követelményeket a közbeszerzési dokumentáció tartalmazza. Ajánlatkérő álláspontja az, hogy a 70% megrendelési kötelezettség, valamint a szerződés 12 hónapos időtartamának 12 hónappal történő meghosszabbítása megfelelő, megfelel a Kbt-ben és a kapcsolódó jogszabályokban foglaltaknak.[E7]
