Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de 225 millions USD de l'Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) au profit du Projet de Développement Urbain Intégré et Résilient pour l'Emploi (PRODUIRE) et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie de ce crédit pour financer le contrat de services d'un Responsable Administratif et Financier de l'Unité de Gestion de Projet à Antananarivo . L'Objectif de Développement du Projet (ODP) est de renforcer la résilience climatique des communautés urbaines, d'améliorer l'administration foncière et de soutenir l'emploi dans certaines villes. 2. Les services du consultant ( les Services ) consistent à assurer la gestion administrative et financière du Projet pour une meilleure utilisation des fonds. 3.
