Відповідно до абз. 3 п. 2 постанови КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 замовникам забороняється здійснювати публічні закупівлі товарів походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран. Країнами походження товарів, запропонованих учасниками, не можуть бути вищевказані країни[E5]
