About the requirement

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja oświetlenia ulicznego na terenie Gmin Turek, Mikstat oraz Gminy Miejskiej Turek w podziale na 3 części. Łączny zakres wszystkich prac obejmuje wymianę i montaż opraw wyposażonych w system zdalnego zarządzania z abonamentem na 10 lat w ilości 1 404 kpl. 2. Szczegółowy zakres modernizacji zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia (dalej „OPZ”) stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (dalej SWZ) na który składają się: − zestawienia montażowe (zał. nr 1 do OPZ), − mapy lokalizacyjne wraz z legendą (zał. nr 2 i 2A do OPZ), − obliczenia fotometryczne (zał. nr 3 do OPZ) − przedmiary robót (zał. nr 4 do OPZ) Powyższe opracowania składające się na opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią załączniki do SWZ. Wszystkie obowiązki Wykonawcy zawarte są w projekcie umowy zgodnym z treścią załącznika nr 10 do SWZ. UWAGA: 1) Z uwagi na przyjęty ryczałtowy charakter wynagrodzenia, Zamawiający wyłącznie pomocniczo, przekazuje „Przedmiary robót” dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia – nie stanowią one jednak opisu przedmiotu zamówienia. Wycenę prac należy dokonać również w oparciu o pozostałe dokumenty. 2) W przypadku wpłynięcia pytań na etapie przygotowania oferty, udzielone odpowiedzi przez Zamawiającego są wiążące - zobowiązują Wykonawcę do zrealizowania przedmiotu umowy zgodnie z treścią udzielonych odpowiedzi, bez względu na zawarty w SWZ zakres i opis prac do wykonania. Pozostałe wymagania Zamawiającego: 1) Zamawiający zaleca, aby Wykonawca w swoim interesie dokonał wizji lokalnej na terenie, gdzie mają być prowadzone prace objęte przedmiote…[E8]
