Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Erbringung von Leistungen der Auftraggeber-Vertretung (Drilling Supervision) für die Forschungsbohrung GeoMetEr LWB-01 in Langenweißbach (Sachsen). Die Bohrung dient der wissenschaftlichen Erkundung des kristallinen Grundgebirges sowie der Charakterisierung der Störungszone „Roter Kamm“ und wird als gerichtete Tiefbohrung bis zu einer Endteufe von ca. 1.496 m MD ausgeführt. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt während der Mobilisierungs-, Bohr- und Demobilisierungsphase die operative und bergrechtliche Auftraggeber-Vertretung vor Ort im 24/7-Schichtbetrieb. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Überwachung und Steuerung der Bohrarbeiten, die Koordination der beteiligten Dienstleister und Auftragnehmer, die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer, bergrechtlicher, sicherheits-, arbeits- und umweltrechtlicher Anforderungen, die Durchführung der Qualitätskontrolle sowie die Unterstützung des Auftraggebers bei operativen Entscheidungen während der Bohrkampagne. Weiterhin umfasst der Leistungsumfang die Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Vorbereitung der Bohrung, die Erstellung und Pflege von Steuerungs- und Berichtsunterlagen, die Dokumentation des Bohrfortschritts, die Kosten- und Leistungsüberwachung, die Begleitung von Mess- und Testprogrammen sowie die Mitwirkung bei der Abschlussdokumentation der Bohrung (End-of-Well-Report).[E6]
