1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn. „Budowa na oczyszczalni ścieków Libiąż B instalacji przetwarzania BIO-odpadów wraz z wykorzystaniem uzyskanego biogazu do wytwarzania energii w warunkach wysokosprawnej kogeneracji”. 2. Zadanie realizowane będzie w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje kompleksowe zaprojektowanie i wykonanie instalacji przetwarzania bioodpadów na terenie oczyszczalni ścieków Libiąż B, wraz z wykorzystaniem uzyskanego biogazu do wytwarzania energii w warunkach wysokosprawnej kogeneracji, w tym wykonanie kompletnej instalacji suchej fermentacji okresowej/perkolacyjnej oraz instalacji kompostowni odpadów wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i towarzyszącą. 4. W ramach realizacji zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie w szczególności do: 4.1. sporządzenia mapy do celów projektowych; 4.2. opracowania kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej, w tym projektu technologicznego, projektu budowlanego, oraz projektów wykonawczych obejmujących wszystkie branże; 4.3. wykonanie niezbędnych badań geologiczno-inżynierskich oraz dokumentacji geotechnicznej na potrzeby posadowienia obiektów budowlanych 4.4. sporządzenia wszelkich dokumentów niezbędnych do uzyskania decyzji, opinii, uzgodnień i pozwoleń wymaganych dla realizacji inwestycji, w tym pozwolenia na budowę oraz pozwolenia na użytkowanie; 4.5. opracowania specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót, programu zapewnienia jakości, projektu organizacji robót oraz planu BIOZ; 4.6. uzyskania w imieniu i na rzecz Zamawiającego wszelkich niezbędnych decyzji, opinii, …[E40]
