Hankinnan kohteena ovat tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä kuvattujen vaatimusten mukaiset ajopuvut, jalkineet ja oheistuotteet Suomen poliisin sekä Ahvenanmaan poliisiviranomaisen käyttöön. Hankinta toteutetaan yhteishankintana, johon osallistuu Poliisihallituksen lisäksi valtakirjalla Ahvenanmaan poliisiviranomainen. Ahvenanmaan poliisiviranomainen on toisena asiakasosapuolena hankintasopimuksella. Tarjouspyyntö on jaettu viiteen (5) itsenäiseen osa-alueeseen. Tuotteita koskevat pakolliset ja pisteytettävät vaatimukset on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteissä 1-5. Tarjouspyynnön liite 1 koskee moottoripyörä- ja ATV-ajoasuja ja oheistuotteita, liite 2 koskee moottorikelkka-ajoasuja ja oheistuotteita, liite 3 moottorikelkkahaalaria, liite 4 pitkää toppatakkia ja liite 5 veden- ja tuulenpitävää kankaista 3-kerrosajopukua.[E16]
