About the requirement

De Aanbestedende Overheid beoogt met deze overheidsopdracht een nflowcytometer in bruikleen waarbij de reagentia worden geleverd voor het analyseren van lymfocytensubsets, het kwantitatief tellen van progenitorcellen, het diagnosticeren van primaire immuundeficiënties en het uitvoeren van immuunmonitoring bij immuundeficiënties, en het uitvoeren van immuunfenotyperingen bij leukemieën en lymfomen zowel bij de diagnostiek als follow-up. Belangrijk hierbij is dat het toestel een CE-IVD markering heeft en meerkleurenanalysen kan uitvoeren van minstens 12 kleuren simultaan. Hierbij is de betrachting te werken volgens strikt gestandaardiseerde protocols, zowel qua toestel set-up als qua reagentia en panels, om een maximale garantie te bieden op kwalitatief vlak en ook de kans op het verwerven van een ISO 15189 accreditatie te maximaliseren. Een snelle snelheid bij de acquisitie en analyse is ook een belangrijk aspect. Het toestel moet gekoppeld kunnen worden aan het LIS.[E7]
