Hankinnasta on aiemmin julkaistu hankintailmoitus HEL 2026-011225 päivämäärällä 17.7.2026, joka sisälsi kahdeksan osa-aluetta: Osa-alue 1: DEOS, Osa-alue 2: Drive, Osa-alue 3: Fidelix, Osa-alue 4: Trend, Osa-alue 5: Honeywell, Osa-alue 6: Ouman, Osa-alue 7: Schneider, Osa-alue 8: Siemens. Hankinta keskeytettiin osa-alueiden 2 (Drive) ja 4 (Trend) osalta. Tämä hankintailmoitus on uudelleen kilpailutus aiemmin julkaistun hankintailmoituksen osa-alueisiin 2 ja 4, jotka nyt kilpailutetaan omana puitejärjestelynä. Hankinnan kohteena ovat Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimialan ja rakentamispalvelu Staran teettämät rakennusten kiinteistöautomaatiojärjestelmien korjaamiseen, uudistamiseen ja rakentamiseen liittyvät työt. Työt kohdistuvat pääasiassa Helsingin kaupungin ylläpitämiin julkisiin rakennuksiin ja kiinteistöihin. Kiinteistöautomaatiotöiden puitejärjestelyn tarkoituksena on varmistaa ammattitaitoisten toimittajien saatavuus eri rakennusautomaatiojärjestelmien huolto-, ylläpito- ja vikakorjaustehtäviin. Hankinta on jaettu järjestelmäkohtaisesti kahteen osa-alueeseen. Osa-alue 1: Drive Osa-alue 2: Trend Tehtävien tarkempi kuvaus on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 (Palvelukuvaus). Tämän hankintaprosessin perusteella valitaan ne toimittajat, joiden kanssa solmitaan sopimukset em. palvelujen tuottamisesta (puitesopimus). Kuhunkin osa-alueeseen valitaan 1-2 sopimustoimittajaa, mikäli soveltuvia tarjoajia on näin monta. Toimeksiannot tilataan kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden mukaisen etusijajärjestyksen perusteella.
