About the requirement

From the notice

Hämeen ammattikorkeakoulu (HAMK) järjestää Hämeenlinnan Hämeensaaren uuden keskustakampuksen suunnittelusta arkkitehtuurikutsukilpailun yhteistyössä Hämeenlinnan kaupungin ja Suomen Arkkitehtiliitto SAFA:n kanssa. Kilpailutehtävänä on suunnitella arkkitehtonisesti korkeatasoinen ja toiminnallinen uusi keskustakampuskokonaisuus, joka palvelee HAMKia, sekä hämeenlinnalaisia. Uudisrakentamisen määrä on hankkeen ensimmäisen vaiheen kokonaan toteuduttua arviolta 12 000 hym². Kilpailussa tutkitaan kampusrakennuksen ja sen piharatkaisun liittymistä kaupunkirakenteeseen, Vanajaveden rantaan, julkisiin ulkotiloihin, liikenneverkkoon ja ympäröivään keskustaan. Hankkeessa haetaan pontta alueen kehittämisen käynnistymiselle huomioiden kytkeytyminen Hämeenlinnan keskustaan. Suunnittelukilpailun voittajan kanssa voidaan tehdä palveluhankintasopimus hankkeen asemakaavan kehittämisestä ja myöhemmästä jatko- ja toteutussuunnittelusta. Hankkeen lopullisen toteutumisen edellytyksenä on lainvoimainen asemakaava ja rahoituksen varmistuminen. Kilpailu on kaksivaiheinen niin, että ensimmäisessä vaiheessa pyydetään kaikilta halukkailta osallistujilta osallistumishakemukset. Osallistumishakemukset arvioidaan osallistumispyynnöllä esitettyjen vertailukriteereiden mukaisesti ja viisi (5) parasta kelpoisuusvaatimukset täyttävää hakijaa valitaan toiseen vaiheeseen varsinaiseen suunnittelukilpailuun. Viidelle valitulle kilpailijalle maksetaan kullekin 15 000 euroa (+alv) kilpailuohjelman mukaisesta määräajassa palautetusta kilpailutyöstä. Palkkiot maksetaan Suomen Arkkitehtiliiton kautta ja SAFA perii 7…[E6]
