Hankinnan kohteena on Vantaan kaupungin käyttöön ohjelmistopalveluna (Saas) hankittavan työturvallisuusjärjestelmän toimittamis-, kehittämis- ja ylläpitopalvelut tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan kohteesta on tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2.1 Kohteen kuvaus ja liitteessä 2.2 Vaatimusmäärittely sekä sen alaliitteissä. Hankinnalla haetaan yhtä (1) kokonaisvastuullista SaaS-palvelun toimittajaa. Hankinnalla haetaan valmisratkaisua. Kokonaispalvelun tulee sisältää tarvittavat käyttöliittymät, ohjelmat, laitteistot, varusohjelmistot, lisenssit ja ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Vaatimusmäärittelyn mukaisen palvelun tulee olla käytettävissä hankinta-asiakirjoissa esitetyssä aikataulussa. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu hankintailmoituksessa esitettyyn hankinnan ennakoituun kokonaisarvoon tai mihinkään tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskaudella. Sopimus ei muodosta valitulle toimittajalle yksinoikeutta sopimuksen kohteen toimittamiseen. Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi.[E7]
