Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je výstavba parkovacího domu s kapacitou 652 parkovacích míst na místě stávajícího venkovního parkoviště v zastavěném území statutárního města Brna, městské části Nový Lískovec. Stavební pozemek se nachází mezi čtyřproudovou směrově rozdělenou komunikací, která je součástí velkého městského okruhu a ulicí Akademická, která zajišťuje přístup do areálu brněnského Campus Square. Součástí veřejné zakázky je vypracování dokumentace RDS (realizační dokumentace stavby), vypracování dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby, geodetického zaměření a geometrického plánu. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace.[E10]
