Szolgáltatási szerződés keretében az Ajánlatkérő Intézmény részére a közbeszerzési dokumentációban felsorolt orvosi műszerek, egyéb orvosi eszközök, berendezések és mindezek tartozékainak folyamatos karbantartása, műszaki állapotának felmérése, funkcionális ellenőrzése, előírt paramétereinek ellenőrzése, hiba megállapítása és annak helyszíni elhárítása, alkatrészcseréje, továbbá a készülékek selejtezésére vonatkozó javaslatok megtétele 24 hónap időtartamra.
