About the requirement

Hjørring Vandselskab ønsker at fremtidssikre vandforsyningen for forbrugerne i Hjørring. Der er behov for at etablere et vandværk, der med en stor produktionskapacitet, fleksibilitet og mulighed for udvidelse kan sikre drikkevand i mange år fremover. Vandværket skal erstatte det eksisterende vandværk ved Horne (Hirtshals Vandværk Vest) som i dag står over for en større renovering og moderniseringer, for at bringe dem op på et niveau, der dels er tidssvarende og dels kan garantere den fremtidige forsyningssikkerhed. Det nye vandværk placeres på den nordlige halvdel af matrikel nr. 6s Skibsby By, Skt. Olai, som ejes af Hjørring Vandselskab. Der er i forbindelse med projektet udarbejdet en lokalplan for arealet. Nærværende udbud omfatter projektering og udførelse af et nyt vandværk i totalentreprise, herunder bygning, vandbehandlingsanlæg, maskininstallationer, el- og SRO-anlæg samt tilhørende tekniske installationer og ledningsarbejder inden for de i udbudsmaterialet beskrevne entreprisegrænser. Udbuddet omfatter endvidere de ydelser og optioner, der fremgår af det samlede udbudsmateriale. Vandværket skal opføres med 2 behandlingslinjer og disponeres, så det senere kan udvides til 4 behandlingslinjer. Bygning og anlæg skal ligeledes disponeres med mulighed for fremtidig videregående vandbehandling. Under henvisning til Forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivets artikel 65 kan det oplyses, at den udbudte opgave ikke opdeles i delkontrakter, da ordregiver har vurderet, at henset til opgavens karakteristika løses den mest hensigtsmæssigt af en enkelt virksomhed.
