El objeto del contrato es regular la prestación de la asistencia sanitaria de Hospitalización para la Atención Paliativa definidos en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT), que comprende la atención, soporte, cuidados y tratamientos proporcionables a pacientes con necesidades paliativas de complejidad media o alta, en el contexto de enfermedades avanzadas y progresivas sin expectativas de recuperación, independientemente de la patología que lo origine, en el ámbito asistencial de la Comunidad de Madrid, siempre que sean pacientes beneficiarios del Servicio Madrileño de Salud (20 Lotes)[E7]
