Zamówienie obejmuje w szczególności: 1) Zaprojektowanie i budowę drogi ekspresowej S12 na odcinku od węzła Wieniawa (bez węzła) do węzła Radom Południe ( z węzłem ) na odcinku od około km 29+107 (zgodnie z kilometrażem decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach z dn. 10 stycznia 2023 r. zn. DOOŚ-WDŚOO.420.78.2021.KN.25) do km około 1+080 (zgodnie z kilometrażem decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach z dn. 19 listopada 2024 r. zn. WOOŚ-II.420.70.2021.MBR.83) do granicy działki drogi gminnej DG3506603W o przekroju 2 jezdni o dwóch pasach ruchu i pasie awaryjnym, wraz z obiektami inżynierskimi, towarzyszącą infrastrukturą i urządzeniami bezpieczeństwa ruchu, tj. opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej , technicznej oraz powykonawczej w oparciu o wymagania Zamawiającego zawarte w SWZ, 2) uzyskanie w imieniu i na rzecz Zamawiającego wymaganych prawem wszelkich opinii, uzgodnień, pozwoleń, zezwoleń, decyzji administracyjnych niezbędnych do zaprojektowania i zrealizowania inwestycji oraz pozwolenia na użytkowanie, 3) realizację robót na odcinku od węzła Wieniawa (bez węzła) od km 29+107 do km około 1+ 080 wraz z węzłem drogowym Radom Południe na przecięciu z istniejącą drogą ekspresową S7 i drogą wojewódzką, przy czym w szczególności należy zaprojektować i wykonać następujące roboty budowlane: a) budowę drogi ekspresowej, b) przebudowę istniejących dróg w zakresie kolizji z drogą ekspresową, budowę dróg innych niż droga ekspresowa w celu przywrócenia naruszonych połączeń drogowych oraz zapewnienia dojazdów do nieruchomości, budowę jezdni dodatkowych, c) infrastrukturę dla pieszych i …[E27]
