About the requirement

Fors A/S er et forsyningsselskab ejet af Roskilde Kommune, Lejre Kommune og Holbæk Kommune. Siden etableringen af Fors A/S den 1. januar 2016 har der foregået et arbejde med at afdække, hvordan en samling af de administrative funktioner eventuelt kan gennemføres. I januar 2024 besluttede ejerkommunerne, at Fors A/S skal være repræsenteret fysisk på to lokationer, i Holbæk og i Roskilde. Denne beslutning giver mulighed for at langtidsplanlægge de administrationsmæssige forhold. Investering i renovering af administrationsbygning i Roskilde skal tilgodese en række forhold såsom asbestsanering, forbedring af fysisk arbejdsmiljø, effektiv opgaveløsning, attraktiv arbejdsplads samt økonomisk rentabilitet. Fors’ bestyrelse har godkendt igangsætning af projektet. Administrationsbygningen forventes at skulle rumme cirka 20 nye kontorarbejdspladser og tre/fire nye mødelokaler i eksisterende autoværksted inklusive indskudt betondæk, ud over de eksisterende 103 kontorarbejdspladser og 6 flyver pladser i den eksisterende administrationsbygning. Derudover omfatter projektet renovering af vinduer og døre (er udført), udskiftning af tag-, udhængs- og facadeplader i asbest, ventilationsanlæg- og kanaler inklusive klimazoner og CTS-anlæg samt lofter og belysning i stueetagen og dele af kælderen.[E10]
