Udbudsprocessen omfatter en kontrakt på levering af pleje og renhold af grønne områder og vintertjeneste for Ordregiver, som beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet. Alle adresser forventes ved kontraktens ikrafttræden at befinde sig på det ønskede tilstandsniveau. Det ønskede tilstandsniveau for alle adresser fremgår af et link i udbudsmaterialet. Der vil være mulighed for at besigtige udvalgte adresser. På tidspunktet for offentliggørelsen af nærværende udbud omfatter kontrakten 325 adresser. Adresselisten, som fremgår i linket i udbudsmaterialet, er at betragte som dynamisk, idet Ordregiver forbeholder sig retten til i løbet af kontraktperioden såvel at øge som at reducere antallet af omfattede adresser som følge af den løbende tilpasning af Ordregivers infrastruktur. Ordregiver ønsker, at opgaver omfattet af kontrakten udføres med hensyntagen til miljø og klima samt biodiversitet, og at der aktivt arbejdes på at reducere miljø- og klimapåvirkningen i forbindelse med udførelsen af opgaver omfattet af kontrakten. De berørte adresser er i overvejende grad kendetegnet ved at være tekniske installationer og anlæg, hvor fokus for udførelse af opgaver forbundet med pleje og renhold af grønne områder primært vil være på, at de grønne anlæg understøtter anlæggets funktionelle og tekniske karakter, men adresserne ønskes dog også at fremstå repræsentativt pænt. Sådanne forhold er behørigt afspejlet i Ordregivers plejeplaner.
