A Letter of Interest is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to solicit proposals for a contract for goods, services or construction, thereby allowing proponents to signal their interest in participating in a site visit or in submitting a proposal. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), is issuing a notice of site visit and intended procurement for the remediation of the former Isachsen High Arctic Weather Station (HAWS) located in the Qikiqtaaluk region on Ellef Ringnes Island, Nunavut.[E5]
