Formålet med udbuddet er at indgå en rammeaftalen vedrørende standard trykkeriydelser herunder tryksager i enkeltark-, flerarks- og bogformat samt i storformat. Rammeaftalen omfatter ordremodtagelse, workflow, produktion, håndtering af filer og levering af print og trykte materialer efter ordregivers løbende behov og i overensstemmelse med ordregivers CVI. Ydelserne omfatter blandt andet: - Modtagelse og håndtering af bestillinger - Klargøring og kvalitetssikring af trykfiler - Digital print og trykproduktion - Efterbehandling - Pakning og levering - Rådgivning om materialer og procedurer - Håndtering af ordregivers CVI - Håndtering af og/eller udvikling af ordregivers nuværende layoutskabeloner - Håndtering af fortrolige dokumenter med og uden personhenførbare data For publikationer omfatter ydelserne blandt andet tryk af omslag og indhold, falsning, samling, hæftning, limning, indbinding og anden relevant efterbehandling. Leverandøren skal sikre en professionel og effektiv ordreproces med tydelig kommunikation om blandt andet tid, levering, korrektur- og godkendelsesprocedurer formater, trykkvalitet og produktionsmuligheder. Rammeaftalen skal desuden sikre en ensartet og høj trykkvalitet, herunder korrekt farvegengivelse, materialekvalitet og finish i overensstemmelse med godkendt korrektur. Leverandøren skal kunne håndtere både standardopgaver og hasteopgaver med korte leveringstider og høj leveringssikkerhed til én eller flere adresser.[E11]
