About the requirement

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je dodávka hardwarové infrastruktury určené pro provoz v prostředí High Security Information zóny, která slouží ke zpracování, ukládání a přenosu informací se zvýšenými požadavky na důvěrnost, integritu a dostupnost, sestávající se z částí, jednotlivých komponentů uvedených ve specifikaci plnění v příloze č. 1 Návrhu smlouvy (dále jako „Zboží“ nebo „HW“). Součástí předmětu plnění je dále: a) doprava a dodání Zboží do objektu v místě plnění zadavatele viz čl. 8 této zadávací dokumentace (dále také "ZD") a jeho nastěhování až na místo instalace dle pokynu zadavatele; b) poskytnutí v příloze č. 1 Návrhu smlouvy definovaného typu a počtu licencí i. Veeam Backup and Replication VUL ii. VMware vSphere Fondation 9.x iii. Windows Server 2025 Datacenter iv. Windows Server 2025 Standart nezbytných pro požadovanou funkčnost HW včetně zajištění základní technické podpory (maintenance) těchto licencí po dobu odpovídající licenčnímu programu stanovenému v příloze č. 1 Návrhu smlouvy; c) instalace, konfigurace a implementace Zboží jakožto funkčního celku do stávající infrastruktury v prostředí zadavatele; d) předání dokladů a dokumentů vztahujících se k užívání Zboží, zejména se jedná o technickou dokumentaci včetně dokumentace parametrů, konfigurací a nastavení, a to v českém jazyce skrze email nebo licenční portál; prohlášení o shodě; provozní dokumentaci; resp. dodací listy, záruční listy jednotlivých komponent; e) poskytnutí oprávnění k výkonu práva užívat ty části či součásti Zboží, jež představují, popř. obsahují autorská díla či jiná práva duše…[E8]
