Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Lieferung, Aufstellung, Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme und Einweisung eines Hochdruckhomogenisators zum Aufschluss fermentativ hergestellter Produkte. Die Anlage muss einen kontinuierlichen Produktdurchsatz von mindestens 1.000 L/h bei gleichzeitig 1.200 bar Homogenisierdruck erreichen. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die technische Detailplanung, die erforderliche MSR- und Automatisierung, Fertigung, Werksprüfung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme, Leistungsnachweis und Dokumentation. Detaillierte technische und prozessbezogene Unterlagen werden interessierten Unternehmen nach Abgabe einer Verschwiegenheitserklärung über die Vergabeplattform zugänglich gemacht.[E7]
