Nærværende udbud omhandler Energistyrelsens Rådgivningstjeneste (herefter Rådgivningstjenesten). Rådgivningstjenesten har siden 2016 hjulpet boligejere med indledende rådgivning om energieffektivisering, herunder udskiftning af varmeform, renovering af boligen og adfærdsråd. De seneste år har Rådgivningstjenesten også hjulpet borgere med at søge Energistyrelsens tilskudspuljer. Formålet med Rådgivningstjenesten er at give danske borgere let adgang til uvildig rådgivning og information om energiforbrug og energieffektive løsninger i hjemmet, og understøtte borgerne i at gennemføre energieffektive tiltag i deres bolig. Som noget nyt skal Rådgivningstjenesten også omfatte små- og mellemstore virksomheder. Rådgivningstjenesten hovedaktiviteter er telefon- og mailrådgivning samt afholdelse af lokale arrangementer i samarbejde med lokale aktører.[E7]
