The competition is for a framework agreement for training and competence services. The contracting authority is Elvia AS. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure access to a broad selection of courses and competence in accordance with competitive terms, with good quality and accessibility. The contract is primarily aimed at production and operation in Elvia. The contract shall contribute to making the procurements of courses and competence more efficient. This framework agreement is for courses carried out in the tenderer ́s premises, at the customer or digital courses with course holders. Other companies in Eidsiva Energi AS shall be able to enter into the Agreement in accordance with their wishes and needs. The contract can also be transported to other companies in the Eidsiva group. The procurement ́s content is described in Annex A - Delivery Extent, Annex E - The Contracting Authority ́s Requirement Specifications and Annex 02 - Tender Matrix.[E9]
