Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Komplet narzędzi i oprzyrządowania chirurgicznego z wyposażeniem ujęty w programie inwestycyjnym pn. „Wzmocnienie potencjału Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego w Krakowie w zakresie diagnostyki i leczenia chorób nowotworowych” dofinansowanego z Subfunduszu Infrastruktury Strategicznej Funduszu Medycznego – dostawa wyposażenia wraz ze szkoleniem personelu. Zamówienie realizowane jest w ramach projektu pn. „Wzmocnienie potencjału Szpitala Uniwersyteckiego w Krakowie w zakresie diagnostyki i leczenia chorób nowotworowych”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1a, 1b do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia, arkusz cenowy), załącznik nr 3 do SWZ (wzór umowy). Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców.[E7]
