About the requirement

Umeå kommun avser att upphandla ett nytt PA-system till Kulturhuset Väven. Vävenscenen är en multiscen som nyttjas för en rad av olika arrangemang t.ex. teater, föreläsningar, seminarier, musikuppträdande, konserter samt dansföreställningar. Befintligt ljudsystem är inte ändamålsenligt med Vävenscenens föreställningar. Systemet är underdimensionerat, framför allt vid konserter med stående publik. Efter utredning är slutsatsen att ett L-Acoustics L2D är mest lämpat för Vävenscenen. Valet av ett PA av denna typ har flera anledningar: * möjligheten att i mjukvara förändra ljudtäckning utefter PA:ts placering i rummet på enklaste och snabbaste sätt. * den fysiska storleken och utformningen gör det effektivare att flytta och använda då korta tidsintervaller för omställning ofta förekommer. * systemets kardioidlösning bidrar till minskad rundgångskänslighet. * systemet är kompatibelt med redan befintligt PA-system på Kajscenen * L-Acoustics används av flera ljudfirmor i Umeå så god kännedom om PA:t finns i närheten och möjligheten för kompletteringar blir desto enklare. Likvärdiga PA-system är dock självklart godkända. Utöver ovanstående finns övriga krav, leverans, montering samt tekniska specifikationer uppsatta enligt bilaga. Upphandlingen genomförs i enlighet med bestämmelserna i lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling (LOU) med de lagändringar som trädde i kraft 2022-02-01. Upphandlingsformen är öppet förfarande.[E7]
