Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy na terenie Gminy Miasto Świnoujście. Zakres obejmuje: 1) odbieranie i przekazywanie odpadów do Stacji Przeładunkowej przy ul. Pomorskiej 10 w Świnoujściu, będącej elementem Regionalnej Instalacji do Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych w Słajsinie; 2) wyposażenie nieruchomości w pojemniki i worki do gromadzenia odpadów oraz utrzymanie pojemników w odpowiednim stanie sanitarnym, porządkowym i technicznym; 3) prowadzenie w lewobrzeżnej części Świnoujścia Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych dla mieszkańców Gminy; 4) odbiór i zagospodarowanie przeterminowanych leków zebranych w specjalnych pojemnikach; 5) odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów o kodach: 17 09 04, 20 01 25, 20 01 26*, 20 01 28, 15 01 10* oraz 20 01 21*; 6) przeprowadzenie w okresie zamówienia podstawowego prelekcji edukacyjnych w czterech różnych placówkach oświatowych na terenie Gminy Miasto Świnoujście oraz w Uniwersytecie Trzeciego Wieku. W każdej z pięciu lokalizacji wykonawca przeprowadzi liczbę prelekcji zadeklarowaną w ofercie, nie mniejszą niż jedną. Każda prelekcja trwa co najmniej 45 minut i obejmuje zasady selektywnego zbierania odpadów, ponownego użycia produktów, recyklingu, odzysku surowców i ograniczania marnowania żywności. Zamawiający wskaże cztery placówki oświatowe w terminie 30 dni od rozpoczęcia świadczenia usług; szczegółowe terminy uzgodni wykonawca z przedstawicielami placówek i Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku.
